The guys over at Elegant Themes tell us that “Divi 2.7 development is well underway” and they’ve given us a sneak peek at what we can expect when it’s released in the next few weeks or so.

Divi 2.7 will focus on three major areas: Split Testing, Portability and a new set of “universal” Page Options.

These new features will add to Divi’s existing capabilities by allowing you to check your content conversion rates, move specific pieces of content between sites and improve your workflow and colour coordination.

In this post I’ll run through the new features that Elegant Themes have highlighted and share some of the graphics they’ve released.

Find your best performing content with the Divi Split Testing System

You can already create powerful landing and splash pages using Divi’s Blank Page Feature, but it looks set to get a whole lot better.

Divi 2.7 will have a split testing system that will make it easy to gain valuable insights from your visitors, test the effectiveness of different content variations and help you create higher-performing pages.

Divi’s split testing system will make it simple to test different combinations of Modules, Rows or Sections to see how each variation affects conversion rates.

Transfer specific content between sites with increased Portability

Divi 2.7 looks set to make big improvements on the portability of Divi by making it easier to create, share and transfer Divi configurations and Divi Builder layouts.

Whether you want to jumpstart your new client build with a specific design preset or share your favourite Theme Customiser settings with your colleagues, Divi 2.7 will makes it easy to port specific configurations from every area of the theme.

Work more efficiently with Divi Builder “universal” Page Settings

Divi 2.7 will include a new set of “universal” Page Settings, which will affect the entire page you are working on rather than just specific Modules, Rows and Sections.

This means you will be able to adjust certain design options for the entire page, instead of having to edit every single Module, Row and Section.

Divi 2.7 for Split Testing, improved Portability and “universal” Page Settings

Divi 2.7 will have something for everyone: Split Testing for checking out your content conversion rates, improved Portability for moving specific pieces of content between sites and “universal” Page Settings for a better workflow and improved colour coordination.

Divi 2.7 will be available in the next few weeks and as soon as it’s available, I’ll put out a post.

If you like the look of Divi 2.7’s new features and would like to start using them on your site, then sign up with Elegant Themes, download your copy of Divi and wait for the update to be released.

Add the power of the Divi Builder to your site… whatever theme you use!

If you want to add the power of the Divi Builder to your WordPress website, but you want to keep your existing theme, then you need the Divi Builder plugin.

The Divi Builder is a plugin, which works with any WordPress theme and allows you to add all the Divi Builder’s functionality to your website.

This is an example of a page created with the Divi Builder plugin, on a Genesis theme website.

I hope you are excited about all the great stuff we are working on. Divi 2.7 should be ready within 3-4 weeks, so you won’t have to wait long to take advantage of these upcoming features!
